Seems kind of crazy to move up for Dart, unless they are really, really high on him.
Even then I would only use a 2nd OR 3rd to move up, it's risky.
I'd rather hold at 18 & hope he falls to us.
Now if they could identify two other QB's that fit their mold, wouldn't mind seeing them take a guy like Milroe in the 2nd and then another QB in the 4th or lower.
Carry 3 QB's on the roster if the potential is there. There is always the possibility they sign a FA or trade for a backup QB.
Exciting times. I favor drafting smart until we hit.

I sure hope Dart is there in the second for the sake of whoever drafts him. I wouldn't touch a Kiffin QB with a premium pick unless they were a Milroe-level athlete.

And then I'd just take Milroe.
Milroe is hot garbage. Zero touch and inaccurate as all get out. Looked like shit throwing at the combine. yuck. Not the biggest Dart fan either. Ugh what a terrible draft for Qb's

Milroe isn't a functional passer, but the point for me is that I'd bet on an uber athlete before a complete project from a fugazi of a college offense.

What do you think of Shough? I'm not a college guy (so I don't know much) but he intrigues me.
I like him if they don’t sign Darnold. Doesn’t make a ton of sense if they go that route. Hes super intriguing to me but he’s old.

Packaging Pick 18, plus picks 50 & 52, gets you roughly to 6th pick overall.

Top three teams need a QB. Ward and Sanders will still both be gone by that point.

Qb class this year is terrible. Better to give it a year then get stuck with a guy for 3 to 5.
I think there are intriguing options throughout the draft. Terrible is a pretty big overstatement. It doesn't have massive headliners but it does have a good number of decent options.

One thing that isn’t talked about is the possibility that Seattle moves up to get their QB from 18. They have extra ammo to do that now if they want. I could see them moving from 18 to 12sh or so and grabbing a guy like Dart. No one is talking about it so seems even more likely lol
Hope not.

trading from #18 to top 3 may take more than what we have?

I could see a small move up if someone drops into that 8-12 range. Dart, Sanders etc could be there. Not saying that’s what I would do but that it might happen

Screw that

Trade for Watson from Browns get their 2025 1st and 2026 1st round picks and let’s start drafting OL. We have enough cap space
Are we recruiting massage therapists as well?? That’s part of the Watson contract!!

Yeah it feels like people heard something said and everyone just repeats it. It’s thin at the very top but there are some intriguing guys who in the right system could turn into quality guys. Just have to find them and coach them.
