EJones moved to Seattle from Titans mid-season last year. If joint practice had 1% impact on him to make that choice, sign me up for every year.

The Seahawks @ Titans 2024 preseason game was August 18. There were 3 days of joint practice sessions before that game. The Rams traded Jones to the Titans on August 28.

I like the idea of practicing against someone who beat us last year to get a little gauge on how the teams doing with good competition
