For this mock draft I have included some predictions of Free Agent signings by the Seahawks. The Seahawks have acquired 3rd round for Geno Smith and a 2nd round pick and swap 6th & 7th round from Steelers for DK Metcalf.

Projected Seahawks free agent signings:

- (QB) Sam Donald 6'3" 225 lbs, 27 years old (former team Vikings) 3 years @ $41m avg/yr: Donald gives us a younger bridge QB.

- (RG) Will Fries 6'6" 305 lbs, 26 years old (former team Colts) 4 years @ $14m avg/yr: Fries is a very good zone blocker and he is one of the better OG in the NFL.

- (NT/DT) Bobby Brown III 6'4" 328 lbs, 24 years old (former team Rams) 2 years @ $7m avg/yr: Brown is a young, big, athletic NT/DT. With the rams he was asked stop the run first and foremost. He would play NT for us and Byron Murphy would bump out to play DE. Brown's pro-day numbers were impressive for his size...34 3/4 inch arm length, 1.68 second 10-yard split, 4.58 second 20 yard short shuttle, 7.62 second 3-cone, 33 inch vert, and 9ft 5in broad jump.

- (WR) Marquez Valdes-Scantling 6'4" 206 lbs, 30 years old (former team Saints) 1 year @ 3m yr: Valdes is a fast vertical threat which the Seahawks didn't have until this signing.

Seahawks Draft:

1st round #18 - (OLB/DE) Donovan Ezeiruaku 6'2" 247 lbs Boston College:
Ezeiruaku is flying up mock drafts and he would be best available at a impactful position. He has better bend than any of our current pass rushers and he mentality fits what the Seahawks are looking for.

2nd round #50 - (QB) Tyler Shough 6'5" 225 lbs Louisville: Shough is an older prospect but he has a lot of playing experience. I could see him win the starting job by mid-season.

2nd round #52 (from Steelers) - (OC) Jared Wilson 6'3" 310 lbs Georgia: Wilson is an athletic lineman and graded very well in zone blocking. He starts day 1 of the season.

3rd round #73 (from Raiders) - (DE/DT) Joshua Farmer 6'3" 315 Florida State: Farmer has a very good build for a big man, he has great arm length at 35 inches, and he is athletic. He would be quality depth at backing up Williams and Murphy at DE. Our DE's would have a good rotation throughout games so as to keep fresh and bring quality reps all game long.

3rd round #82- (WR) Nick Nash 6'3" 195 lbs San Jose State: I'm higher on Nash than most. He has amazing ball skills and is very productive.

4th round #123 - (TE) Jackson Hawes 6'5" 260 lbs Georgia Tech: Howes is a great blocker and is tough to bring down with the ball in his hands. He has high upside if given the opportunity in the passing game.

4th round #137 (from Chargers) - (S) Kitan Crawford 5'11" 204 lbs Nevada: Crawford is an amazing athlete and he was a 4-star recruit coming out of highschool. He flies around the field and he could compete to start at FS for us this year.

5th round #173 - (CB) Jaylin Smith 5'11" 190 lbs USC: Smith has upside and is good against the run. He brings us depth at CB.

6th round #186 - (ILB) Teddye Buchanan 6'2" 235 lbs Cal: Buchanan is another athletic player whom would give us depth at ILB.

7th round #225 (from Steelers) - (DT/NT) Cam Horsley 6'4" 310 lbs Boston College: Horsley is a another depth player that is tough against the run.

7th round #236 - (TE/FB) Robbie Ouzts 6'4" 260 lbs Alabama: Ouzts is great at blocking FB and takes pride in blocking, he upgrades our run game with our new offensive scheme.

With this draft and FA signings the Seahawks will have a dominate run game and a dominate defense.

Very very nice… it’d be nice to grab olb (ezeirauka DE right?). Cody Simon, Jack Kiser would be nice on day 3

Those contracts are from PFF and what they project his contract to be. I'd be surprised as well if he got that much, but I'm sure it wouldn't all be guaranteed money.

Last year Bo Nix was drafted with the 12th pick in the 1st round last year and he was 24 years old, just one year younger than Shough. So its not difficult to get it.

Can't complain here.

I think I would target Tai Felton (WR) out of Maryland if he falls to the 3rd.

Not a chance shough goes in round 1. I'd be very surprised if he goes in the 2nd round. My take is that they will go heavy on OL with 3 players taken in the draft.

It's hard to tell where he will go in the draft. But, he is being talked about as the 3rd or 4th best QB in the draft.

JS probably needs to trade down twice in the first. Needs to upgrade his 2nd or 3rd rounds draft slots, or pick up some extra 2-4th round picks. Trading for some other teams most highly touted young OL talent stuck on the PS or roster would be nice.

Seahawks already have 10 draft picks, any pick that doesn’t make the team is a wasted draft pick. If the objective is to upgrade the 2-3 rd slots I would rather see trade up from lower rounds

10 picks sounds like a lot, but it's really not with the way JS misses on the OF. I still like trading down and picking up something, and then trading out of the first and getting more. I wouldn't mind trading later picks on day 2 or 3 to the 2026 draft, and getting more, also. 😂. I wouldn't mind trading draft picks for guys they liked in prior drafts, but are stuck on PS's or rosters on other teams.
