Any idea what’s happening inside the stadium? I have tickets for that.

If it's anything like SBXLVIII, we were in the stands waiting for the team to arrive to celebrate with the fans in the stands. Some speeches, a lot of holding up the Lombardi...I would assume it's the same thing?

That's the sound of things....though in this case, they are intentionally starting the Parade there so the people in the Stadium don't wait around for hours while the Parade makes it to them.

It's not just that; there is another event they have to prepare the stadium for. No idea what it is, but they wanna' get a jump on it.

I see they have built a stage outside the stadium. Is there going to be a concert? I remember Soundgarden doing one I think for the 2013 parade in the same spot.

I'm sure he was understanding....right?
Actually, yeah. He's a pretty sharp kid and is fully cognizant of the world we currently inhabit. His mom, big sister and granny ALL had the same gut feeling that I was, ignorantly, willing to ignore. When I got a call from my daughter within mere minutes expressing what my mom and I discussed, I deaded it. Then his mom called me an hour later with him on speaker phone and said "Buddy said you were taking him to the parade, but we need to talk first." I told her "Nah, no we don't. We aren't going. Call me when you get home." She texted me with the same concerns and I just called him and told him the truth. He went up stairs to practice his drums.

At least you'll be able to watch the Parade on TV.

We did the stadium portion. Went incredibly smooth. SO much more organized this time. Over a million people estimated, no arrests.
