I know right. The problem with the percentages saying go for it is the fact that there isn't enough plays in a season for the percentages to play out the way they should. You need SEASONS worth of plays for the numbers to work. It's like playing black jack by the numbers. If you only play once a year with $100 buy in, playing by the numbers is pretty much meaningless. You need to play thousands of hands for things to play out the way they should overall

Even then there are a lot of variables that apply. It is too much of a variable that cant be standardized for a set of numbers to work. I watch the program numbers too and it is fascinating.

There are about six or seven teams that are for real this year. The talent concentration at the top is remarkable this season. Let's see, Seattle, Baltimore, New Orleans, New England (because of that defense), even the Vikings. Probably the Chiefs when Mahomes is healthy, too.
