Like it to spite all those wannabes....all the other nicks are great; but don't hate RW3 just to aggravate...

I was surprised how many people didn't get the number 3 in RW3. I'm not talking about .NET but people I know. Colleagues, friends and family who would hear RW3 (they're all Seahawks fans) and say something like, "That doesn't make sense. Mocking Robert Griffin the Third, but Russell Wilson is not a third. That's the most ridiculous attempt of mimicking someone."

Then I explain that the 3 stands for Russell Wilson's jersey number. After that I usually hear, "Ohh... *Awkward Laugh* Wow... That's so obvious. I feel like an idiot now. But yeah, okay, that is kinda cool."

LOL! That's a good one actually. Yeah. I was just mocking the famed "RG3" nickname. All the comments on RG3 articles on ESPN's website, refer to him as RGKnee. Hundreds, if not thousands of posters on ESPN using RGKnee to mock him. Its kind of mean now that I think of it.

it would be RW #3, if you're not going to use the # then the 3 stands alone, typically a large number centered in the shirt to denote the players number, RW3 doesn't mean anything, its a play on RG3 and a very poor play at that, give the kid some respect, he stood well above RG and could prolly walk outside and run around the block right now at full speed? RG? :?
