After the Defensive holding Penalty,

Eagles tried to let Chiefs RB score a TD, but he stopped at the 1yard line.

What happens when Eagles try to offsides every play after that.

But because the game cannot end on a defensive penalty, the game never ends, and the Eagles never lose! LOL

Offsides is not the same as a false start. A false start is an automatic penalty and cannot be declined. Offsides is a penalty that can be declined. If the penalty is declined, then play proceeds as if it never happened, the game would end.

Technically, any/every penalty can be declined by the offended party.

Regardless after every penalty, the clock stops with a new fresh set of downs. You can still jump over the OL and hit patrick as well.

So one of the Chiefs fakes an injury and there's a clock runoff. Game over. Not sure how that would play with a penalty though. :)

It's just like that Ravens v Bengals game less than 15 seconds left on the clock and 4th and long. The ravens all they did was hold everyone until the clock ran out to win the game.

After thinking about it, I do think you may be right, although I've never once seen it declined. I assumed when I wrote the post that because it was a pre-snap penalty that it just was automatic, but delay of game is also pre-snap and I have seen that declined when teams do it purposely to give their punter room to punt the ball trying to down it inside the 5 without going in the endzone.

The real answer is an official’s timeout while Goodell heads to Lurie‘s suite to check him for a stroke.

Happened just a few years ago. Jets declined back to back penalties (delay of game and then false start), as the Patriots were trying to give themselves room to punt.

I assumed when I wrote the post that because it was a pre-snap penalty that it just was automatic, but delay of game is also pre-snap and I have seen that declined when teams do it purposely to give their punter room to punt the ball trying to down it inside the 5 without going in the endzone.

Yep, the exact same logic applies.
