Haven't seen, or noticed a lot of rookies this year making a big splash, was just curious if Metcalf has a chance at it. Was wondering as well, is Dissly considered a rookie?

Right now, Gardner Minshew has to be the favorite (although, the looming questions with Foles could change that fast), but Metcalf is also being outpaced by Josh Jacobs, Terry McLaurin, and given the positional value, probably Daniel Jones as well.

Yeah I'd probably give it to Minshew right now, but Metcalf could certainly be in the running if he gets 10+ TD's and makes more explosive plays like the Rams game.

If anything it should be Minshew. He's seems far more polished, comfortable, and just funner to watch.

Don't think any of our rookies is going to make the big impact. DK will likely be the best although Amadi is making a strong case as special teams gunner.

Pete rarely puts a lot on rookies shoulders until they are ready. So I think we are going to only see valuable contributions from guys like Collier, Ursua, Blair and Amadi later in the season. DK will also get better as the season carries on.

None are ROY candidates.

Damn, those are some impressive numbers from Minshew. Nick Foles has to be feeling a little uncomfortable, $90 million or not.

I think you gotta give it to Minshew right now but Foles might get his job back when and if he heals up. He has the game and he is getting the press.

I could see Jones getting it if he keeps it up because he is in NY. Murray if he starts winning.
