Not getting my hopes up but as they say, any given (Gameday).

I stayed up late last night to watch the Jayhawks taking on #6 and unbeaten BYU. The Jayhawks were not up to their best standard but hung in and reversed their fortunes of this season. They have five one score losses where they were in position to snag a win late but until last week and last night could not seems to get that corner turned. Now they have won two in a row vs ranked teams and getting ready to end the season vs two more.
The Seahawks history of games this year has pretty much mirrored the Jayhawks. We face one of the toughest schedules in the league for the remainder of this season, but I feel we are upping our game in preparation to meet that challenge. Today will be maybe the most toughest we face, in part because we have come close but failed against the Niners the last six games in a row. That just cannot continue. We are better than that and they aren't so good as to be unbeatable.
Get up for it. Make today THE DAY marking the Seahawk assent in the NFCW ranks. It's on us to do our part too.

My birthday was on election day, and without getting specific, I didn't have a very good day overall. That said, happy birthday Aros, and maybe, by some miracle, I can have a late birthday present, along with you, and we win. Probably a pipe dream fantasy, but we love our team, and as bleak as things may be, that's what being a fan is about.

It's hard when we started out so hopeful, but we all should try not to get too down about the probable outcome of the game today. Go Seahawks (please, let's have super Geno, not Geno laying eggs), and let's surprise America!

Happy Birdy buddy. Hope the mimosas taste awesome. We got about an inch or 2 of snow thru the morning. Yes I am in idaho. Should not bother me too much. But I am recovering from yesterdays hard work. This 5 hours of busting my butt hurts a lot. And then it gets cold. LOL Such is life.
