Yeah, was hoping for more, but this sounds like a "prove it" deal, so I'm down with it. He gets a chance to prove he can stay on the field and that he can work in the new systems being brought in. (y)

Bet he knows the plan is to run the heck out of the ball and build the line hence why he re-signed

This signing reminds me of all the personnel coming on board that are getting second chances. Second Chance could become the dominate theme for the 2022 team.

I've never been a fan of R. Pennys and I just hope Seattle not using 5.75 mill to keep the burning barrel lit.

We need a back that runs between the tackle with power. Whats Marshaw doing these days ? 🍻

Good fit for both sides. Glad he put future career in front on a quick bigger payday. That shows a little maturity.

We don't need a RB that can take it 80 yards to the house anytime he touches it?

Interesting take.....

Guess his market in free agency wasn't great to not get a multi year deal. No risk in this signing.

Perfect deal for an oft injured player who flashed signs of meeting his potential during the second part of last year. We have an entire season to evaluate which Penny is the real Penny and then reevaluate from there. Very solid move.
