I think the biggest derps on turf aka the Rams will win. They'll be at home and the 9ers have had a lot of issues that keep adding up.

Wouldn't be surprised if the 9ers won, though. Rams looked atrocious against the Cowgirls. Can we haz tie plz?

It's funny because I've been seeing a couple Rams fans make even more excuses about how Bradford doesn't have any weapons to throw to. Different season, same excuse. Different season, same QB.

And how about them stellar running backs that were going to step up now that SJ isn't around? What happened to Darryl Richardson's yards per carry from last year? Oh yeah, that was last year as a backup... not his starting numbers from 2013. He's at 3.3 ypc if you're wondering (less than SJ's last year).

Both teams have regressed, but who has gotten worse?

Frankly, I hope that you guys banned that that "Fastest Show" guy. He was making Rams fans look pretty bad.

The Greatest Show on Turf was awesome, and you can't just duplicate it by drafting a bunch of fast guys. To suggest otherwise is an insult to Warner/Faulk/Bruce/Holt/Hakim/Proehl/Pace...

We are definitely in agreement on Kraptastic and the Whiners. We need to get back on track, and beating them on national TV would do that very nicely.

I want the Rams to win this, though I get why "Let's just beat Houston" is also the "right" answer (i.e., who cares, if our team takes care of business, it won't matter who wins).

However, the Niners might be one more loss away from imploding, and they are better than the Rams even with injuries and Aldon Smith in rehab. If this game implodes their season, that makes it that much easier for us to get HFA by going 5-1 or even 6-0 in the division, maybe.

I also want the Rams to win because they are already going to have one top-eight pick via the Washington Pocahonti, and I don't want them having another one via their own ineptitude. I want them to go maybe 8-8 with two losses to us, and for the Pocahonti recover and go 6-10 or 7-9.

I think its funny when StalkerFTW and others try to suggest that all Rams fans are "talking shit" or predicting great success this year.

Most Rams fans are optimistic, but realistic as well. I, for one, predicted that the Rams would go 9-7 and, in all likelihood, miss the playoffs this year. Despite the slow start, I'll stick with that prediction.

As for "buddying up," it should not be difficult to find common ground when we're playing the Whiners.

As for my comment about StalkerFTW acting like a 12 year old, I apologize...

secondly who's puffing their chest, i simply stated i couldn't find a match up thread on your forum, seeing how you and niner fans have been on here all summer long talking your teams up, you would think you'd both be looking forward to the game and have a thread to talk about it and talk a little smack, not that either of your teams have room to talk smack.

Again, all you have is name calling and riding Bradford's nuts all the way into yet another offseason of watching other teams play in the playoffs. I don't own ClanRam. I just post there. The owner of the site decided to make it highly moderated. That means that the type of stuff that goes on here in the Smack Shack, and even some of the stuff that goes on here on the regular boards, would buy you an immediate ban from ClanRam.

That was a choice he made, and we all accept that some may choose to post elsewhere because of our rules. We're fine with that. If you want to engage in a smack war with Rams fans, I recommend that you go over to the PD's Rams Talk or RamsOnDemand. Our board, and others like "The Original Herd" are more regulated.
