Oh no! Staley is down. Sounds bad. Liked the guy too

Me too. Hate to see that shit happen. Even to a Niner. Especially in garbage time.

Please take note Pete. Get our starters out as soon as possible.

Commentator mentioned that the Niners only had 7 dress that's why he was in there. But I agree. If you can get them out, do it!

I just went and read on the 9er forums. They're getting their confidence back.

They should. I think Harbaugh finally remembered what kind of team he has. They have a pretty winable stretch of games coming up, I still expect them to be at 11 or 12 wins.

So anyone think we'll even throw a pass against the Rams?
Maybe Pete will give TJack the start, and let Christine play the whole game!

Yep. Got back to their identity of being a smash mouth team. I think they got away from that a bit with all their use of the pistol offense and read options.

Only if they can get healthy. If they come out with the team they had tonight against am average team they're toast. This win was not impressive to me.

But it was the perfect game to have for the 9ers themselves. So the team can get out of the slump they were in.

But I still think kaepernick if not playing as well. Only making one read every play and doesn't know when to get rid of the ball.

We'll see how they play the rest of the year. Again I'm not impressed with this win.

That colts loss put them behind the 8 ball a bit. Probably 10 or
11 wins

Just what San Francisco needed to get their stuff together.... a door mat!

At least we know we have two easy wins coming by way of St. Louis, folks.

Pretty much any team in the NFL could have done this good or better against the Rams.

They definitely didn't look like world beaters, and right now they can't lean on Kap to throw them to a win. But it looks like they found their identity again, and what they did tonight is what they can do against a lot of teams in this league and win. Fortunately for them, they don't have a terribly intimidating schedule.

I don't think the niners got back to anything, i think they just played one of the worst teams in the NFC. I was not impressed with the niners, but i was even less impressed with the rams D. Finnigan is beyond horrible, he's attrocious...

As stated they have a very easy stretch coming up, so i expect them to stay right there with us. this division will most likely be won in december/january.. hopefully we'll be fairly healthy and ready to take what's ours.

Don't forget, the Rams defeated the Cards too, NFC west is looking not very tough this year outside of the Seahawks and maybe the 49ers.

I agree. Harbaugh got rid of Alex Smith then proceeded to put skirts on the offense. Problem will be when they face a team that can stop the run, forcing Kaep to win games for them. That's when the cards come tumbling down...again. They'll be wishing they had "Captain check down" back cuz I don't see kaep winning many games with his arm, or intellect.

I think we could beat SF with our back-up QB and back up RB and do so in their house.
