Between the two games played this year, Rams won 1, Seahawks won 1.

Rams scores 58 points
Seahawks scores 57

Rams had 830 yards of offense
Seahawks had 829 yards of offense

Rams #1 scoring offense
Seattle #1 scoring defense

Only glaring seperation is the 7 turnovers by the seahawks to 1 by the Rams.

Why some folks on here think this will be a cakewalk is beyond me RedAlice, but I can assure you, there's many of us on here who know enough to give this Rams team their due respect. I have no doubt this will be an all out drag out fight to the end.

I feel seattle has a slight edge because our OLine and run game is finally gelling. And our defense has been playing lights out second half of the season accept for the last game between our two teams. If we can eliminate the turnovers I like our chances.

I can see this going the other way as well. If our DLine cant keep pressure on Stafford, that could make for a long night. May the best team win, and hoist the Lombardi on the 9ers home turf.

It is an edge, but it's not like a snow game in Chicago or a rain game in cold Charlotte.

Rams earned the right to have NO home field advantage in the play offs and each game has it's various challenges in the opposing team's home.

Well, as far as a fan being confident that we'll roll the Rams, good for you! However, I'm hoping that the Hawks DON'T think this way........you know what thats called?...a trap game. While I don't mind the Hawks having quiet confidence, I'm hoping they stay VERY focused on doing the job thats at hand. Theres another saying in regards to the NFL.."on any Sunday".......

This game isn't going to be just handed to us because we are "The Hawks"....and by no means do the Rams intend to do that. If I look from the outside in, Seattle should win this.........the emphasis is on "should". Its by no means a forgone conclusion. Stay focused and hungry Hawks!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This is one aspect I'm most NOT worried about. Mac will have the team ready to play.

Left out one major detail, well maybe two,

It's a division rival, these games are different and play at a higher level of intensity even when there isn't a Superbowl on the line.

Secondly, there is a genuine dislike between these two teams from the Coaches down thru the players.

We have a similar situation with the 49ers, but the Rams gloating and dissing us the game we played where we were behind early on really pissed our whole sideline off.

Our team with a chip on their shoulder is a caged animal waiting to take out what it feels on whoever enters that cage, Rams are entering our cage this weekend.

Panther may not have as good a defense as the Seahawks, though, it is still good, but its the scheme they played that worked very well..Seahawks I hope took some notes. Rams should take notes on how the Cardinals played them and mimic them as close as possible.
