Quick is back and Tre Watts will be back off of suspension after this game.

Since the lambs won their super bowl week 1, this would be the middle of their off-season. :stirthepot:

Chris Givens is overrated. Especially with Hakeem Nicks and Wes Welker still in FA. I would have chose to go that route and kept the 7th round pick. The Ravens made a huge mistake in not re-signing Torrey Smith.

Rams have more offensive weapons than Mason, Gurley and Quick. Ask the Seahawks fans. But hey if the Big Red are hanging 40 points on teams you better put whoever you have out there. I'm really looking forward to Quick playing since he was looking really good right before he was injured. Hopefully Cignetti can use him to stretch the field then feed Austin/Gurley/Mason the screen pass or let Foles scramble for a delayed screen. With Austin getting the spy having Quick really helps to open up the Rams offense. Quick may draw extra coverage and open up the middle for Austin/Bailey/Britt. Still have Cook and Kendricks if they can catch the ball. It should be good!

Well Givens only rated a 7th round pick, so not overrated.

I just find it interesting that a lot of Rams fans feel Quick is their #1 WR, or so great and how he is going to be such a game changer. Yes, he has ability. Yes I am sure he will make some plays. But for a guy that is spoken of so highly he has done so little.

This is his 4th year in the league.
His Career stats you ask?

54 Receptions............. I'll say it again. 54.... Receptions on 103 Targets
833 Yards
7 Tds.....

So I said to myself. "Hey Ringless, why don't you dig a little deeper and see what you can find out"

So what I do? I did exactly that. It was clear to me that I needed to see these weapons of mass destruction you have been preaching about.

I soon discovered that your best WR that is on your team, who has done the most damage to opposing teams was Kenny Britt. Not Tavon Austin. Not Stedman Bailey. Givens, or Brian Quick clearly.

Your best WR, in his best season amassed these stats in his biggest season in his 7 year career. His stats trump all of the Rams best season.

48 Receptions
748 Yards
3 Td's

I don't think their is a WR on that team that really scares any team. The OL is also not that great, which means you are going to negate a lot of the big play potential.

In regards to the RB's yes Gurley I am sure will produce in the future. But did just come off a major injury and this is a what have you done for me lately league. He has 6 carries and 9 yards or something like that until proven otherwise.

Now your defense deserves all the credit in the world

ringless, your fear rings through loud and clear. And for good reason. The Rams are powerful yet unpredictable. 128 said it well earlier this week, they are Dr. Jekyl and Mr. Hyde.

On defense thats why the ham sandwiches will be served.

Certainly Austin scares every team or they wouldn't put a spy on him. Rams starting very slow on offense to be sure. But you wait and see. At least I already know what the Rams can do against a good team when they come to play. These last two losses were pathetic and I think the Rams are more than ready to take it out on the Big Red no matter where the game is played. I have no idea of the score but I really like the Rams chances against 'Ol Wobbly Jowls team. Plus I want my chair back.

Like I said Givens is overrated. He's not even worth a 7th round pick. Ravens gave up too much for him.

Yet the market says he's worth a 7th round pick.

Easy to say that now when Perriman has been hurt all season.

The Ravens FO is the same FO that patented the "let FA's walk so we can get a comp pick to replace them" too..

Very good research. Britt has been real solid for us. But Quick's stats were clearly better before he went on IR last year. Britt played 16 games and got a lot more touches after Quick got hurt. And just throwing this out there, the Rams WR's QB's the last year and a half (pre Foles) were all back up QB's of whom are not even on the team now. That says a lot. Granted, nobody has really taken off yet this year. I expect a much better offense in the second half of the season. This is a very young team.

Remember, Rams D was pretty bad for the most part in the first half of last year. The second half was another story. It's all about the youth coming together and maturing.
