No, not every team , team likes the Rams must win now before their main players get too expensive or past their prime
That's this year for sure, snd they didn't do much to keep pace with Seattle.

Next off season they have a $#!+ load of work to do and if recent events are any indication...they're f#@$ed. I wouldn't be shocked if Mcvag walks away.

This will be Year 10 of the Rams 5-year window, and the last time I looked the Rams were the Super Bowl favourites.

Consider 10 years ago they were going into their last year with Jeff Fisher and had just finished near the bottom to draft Goff, I wouldn't say they had any sort of window starting then.
The current group's era started with the Stafford trade. Watching some of those throws he made vs the Hawks even in the losses, I can't wait till we don't have to face him again. It would be pretty fortunate for them to move right along to a guy who can do the exact same thing

Staffords time is nearing the end, his wife wants him to quit while
he's somewhat healthy (bodywise) and her word matters, I feel this is
his last ride (My opinion) and when he goes, I think the HC goes with
him. I can see McVay taking a year or two off to recharge (seriously), the
guy looks stressed and burned out.
Regardless of what happens both have had a hell of a ride, it ends at some
point.

I don't think McVag is a QB Muse, otherwise Goff would still be there, He needs that guy such as Stafford that knows the position and has a bit of a gunslinger and tough demeanor to make his show work. Brady may have been able to do it also, Josh Allen, but the mental make up as key and the team has to beleive in the guy. I don't know other then Burrow and Allen, maybe our guy Darnold who has hit adversity right in the face but quietly. Thats what it would tyake to make McVag stay.

Ya'all are looking at it wrong. The Rams just wanted to secure the Seahawks another Super Bowl victory in a division rivals home stadium. That's all, don't overthink it.

This will be McVay's 10th season as Rams HC. He's had winning seasons in 8 of his 9 years in the job. The 1 losing year was when the QB1, WR1, and 7 of the top 8 O-Line on the depth chart suffered injuries. A HC looking to finish when his QB retires doesn't trade away a 1st round pick and then pick a 1st round QB in the following year's Draft.

Enjoy the next 3 months of the Super Bowl winning post-season. You earned it.
