I don't know what McDuffie is worth or how much they'll have to pay him but the #29 pick + 'bits' equates in value to the #22 pick. I'm guessing that if the Rams had originally had the #22 pick and they traded that pick alone the reaction here would be slightly different.

The Rams have been doing this exact thing for a decade now, and have been the second-best team in the NFC over that time (Eagles). I'm done questioning them, I just hope their luck finally runs out.

lol Rams got fleeced. McDuffie was good 2 years ago but had a noticeable drop off last year. Crazy amount of draft capital for a dude that is about as good as Nehemiah Pritchett

The more I look at this trade, the more I think that the Chiefs won that trade. McDuffie's a good player, but he's on the last year of his rookie contract, and now that the Rams have given up a lot to acquire him, they're going to have to give him something like $120 million over 4 years for him. And as good as he is, he's just not going to transform their defense.

I like McDuffie but that's way too much. I never put any stock into what fans are saying. Most fans are either dumb or batshit crazy. Look no further than .Net Those picks would be much better spent retooling for the next couple years after Stafford so they don't have to "rebuild" as long. I think the Chiefs fleeced them significantly.

That’s an awful move by Les Snead. That’s too much draft capital and now you got to pay him he’s not on a rookie deal.
