Were it to happen, losing Karl Scott to become Pete's DC would bring us a 3rd Round comp pick in 2026... if I understand the league rules for minority hiring/promoting.
EDIT: Looks like I don't... after further research, the minority would have to be hired as either the HC or as a senior front office executive for the losing team to receive a comp pick.
The Rooney Rule requires that minorities be interviewed for coordinator positions... but does not award comp picks when coordinator positions are filled with minorities.
