I hope not. But it's not like he's any worse than the rest of them out there

I do think John will like Ewers. Especially if he's around with each of their first 2 picks. I would guess he has enough question marks to be a second rounder but they can move massively as the process plays out.

Ewers is only 21, that's the biggest thing he has going for him. There could still be some untapped growth in there. He should be going back to school. His best case scenario now would be to go to a good team where he could sit for however long it takes.

I'd be OK with Dart but pass on Ewers. I have my doubts he can even stick as a backup in the League. Kind of hope I'm wrong because he seems like a nice young man with good intentions. It's just that I see his skillset as strictly pedestrian, nothing outstanding.
I don’t like ewers either. Not tuff pocket passer with medium mobility. Pretty accurate but fumbles when the games on the line. Don’t we already got that guy?

I tend to think Ewers declared because Manning was apparently appointed the starter next year, before this year was over. Personally I wonder if Manning's dad would ne interested in a QB coaching position. That guy really lit my fire when he was playing ball.

He turned down an $8 million transfer offer to declare.
By who? And who is reporting these numbers? I doubt Ewers is, and no NIL group is telling anyone what they are paying players

From this guy who I've literally never heard of before today. It sounds like he's a pretty big name in Longhorns media though, so if he's incorrect with this report, I imagine somebody will be coming out and refuting it soon.
