Agreed. Why bother bringing him in at all if not only you cut him but you don't even bring him back to the practice squad? Odd indeed.

My guess they just used Richardson to get Moore to take a lower contract...Once they lowered, they no longer needed him. I wonder if he is just too injured.

The money was probably to use to try to get Clowney...
