I'm just as positive/negative as I was after the first couple of games, so nothing's changed for me.

I never once thought this team was going 16-0, or even 14-2 after seeing how soft our schedule wound up being out of the gate and how bad the defense was.

I knew once we got into some injuries and our division, we'd come back down to earth.

I still like our division chances over the Rams and Cardinals though, because they've already played the easiest part of their schedules, and we haven't. But IMO this is a must win game Thursday if we want any chance of winning the division and being in the hunt for a #1 or #2 seed.

Lose this game, and we're back to scratching and clawing for a WC seed.

Ya, none of these struggles are a big surprise, outside of Russ's turnovers the last few games.

Another positive I noticed yesterday is that it looks like Jordan Brooks is a keeper. He hit hard, covered a lot of ground in coverage, and just seemed confident and decisive.

Good call on Brooks, although I'd like to see him blitz too.

Seems that Pete and Norton have no imagination when it comes to blitzing, especially when Adams is in the game.....he's just coming off the edge 80% of the time.

Why not do some more disguised or delayed blitzes up the middle with Bobby and Brooks, or even KJ. Adams is a freak, but good teams will stifle him if his blitzes are telegraphed all the time.

We're lucky to have this team.

We're lucky to have football to watch this year.
Hopefully our guys play a great game against Arizona.

We always struggle against those pesky Rams!

Love it. And positivity is a choice.
We have a good team who's in the mix, and it's 2020. Grateful...….

It couldn't be more obvious whenever Adams is going to blitz. Could he at least look like he was going to drop into coverage before blitzing? My 92 year old father with dementia can point out when hes gonna blitz.

Another one for me is this is a year where playoff positioning, outside of getting the 1 seed will never be more meaningless. Hawks are going through a terrible string of injuries now, but (knock on wood) outside of Irvin and Blair the other guys should come back. This is year where the team that comes out of it is more than likely the team healthiest / playing it's best vs the teams with the higher seed.
Just get in the dance. This team has shown the ability over the last few years to win on the road and win in the early time slot.

It would be sweet to fake a JA blitz and have him drop back in coverage last minute, even a delayed blitz or something instead of the same thing over and over again. I don’t know why the Hawks feel the need to be so predictable on both sides of the ball constantly.

I’m positivity we are now paying for the multitudes of bad choices in the past. We were bound to suffer a big collapse at some point and this may (or may not) be it.

The Legion Of Gloomers are out in full force for Overreaction Monday.

Here's a little positivity piece, ya'll need it.

Not really a overreaction when the team has looked like dog $h!t the last few weeks. Losing 3 out of 4 with the strong possibility to lose 4 out of 5 this Thursday is not really a "relax" moment.

People seem to conveniently forget it took a minor miracle to beat Minny and one play away from losing to New England. This team is average, and probably would be 2-14 with Geno Smith starting. it is okay to admit that.

Conveniently forget? Get over yourself. Wins are HARD to come by in this league. A smarter person cherishes each and every win, not getting caught up in the minutia of the game. Every fanbase of every team can play the "Well this could have happened or that could have happened..." game. It's pointless and brings nothing to the conversation.

No doubt Aros. Just think, we could have something like the Flores led 2-14 Hawks  . I love being able to see MY team in the playoffs nearly every year. At least WE have a shot fellas!

So I say Go Hawks!

I'm sure I'll get blasted as usual, but I'm starting to think that some people want them to lose and/or flat out refuse to just enjoy a win, ever.
And I'm not joking even a little bit. What the hell? Have a great week, and let's get this W on Thursday.

When your 6-3 with 3 losses to good teams and 3/4 of the board wants the GM/Coach fired i'd say it's a little of a overreaction.

The fact that we havent beaten a good team yet and struggled against some pretty bad teams kind of adds to the reaction. I guess we beat Miami but that was before they found themselves. They would beat the Hawks right now. This season is just another carbon copy of the last few years where the team gets bounced early on in the playoffs and some will eagerly accept that as long as they made it because they sucked in the 90's, while others will sit there scratching their heads in disbelief because others cant see the pattern and issues for some reason.

Fielding the worst defense, with zero indication they know how to fix it, will do that.

But, why do people care so much when someone has a positive outlook? And do they need to be told how stupid and/or clueless they are? Maybe people should be able to fan how they want?
Also, the Rams scored a total of 6 points in their last 7 POSSESSIONS. Seems to be little to no talk about that at all. Sunday was on the Offense and horrific coaching imo……
And we are all aware that the defense has been horrific. We get reminded of it every 33 seconds...…
