It's almost like Thursday night games are a bad idea after playing on Sunday. How about they add an extra bye week before the Thursday game. Each team plays a Thursday game, each team gets another bye.
Nfl needs to do it for player safety and quality of game.

These are the kind of games you should expect for late-season-thursday-beat-up-players, with some on IR, and many on the injury report, yet still playing.
Those guys were exhausted, and you could see it in their poor tracking.
Remember how Pete used to limit reps for DLine players, who were then complaining, until it got to the end of the season and they still felt great. I remember Cliff Avril saying he was mad until he got to the playoffs, and still felt great.
I didn't know if Mike is doing that, but those guys look exhausted sometimes. I think some of it is the TOP and our defense playing too maybe snaps each game.

I watched the ad free highlights on Gamepass. Usually, these are two hours long. This morning's game was 1 hour 38 minutes.
