This year is so wonderfully unexpected, a real gift. There was something that really hit me in July heading into and through the trade deadline. I started to get optimistic about this team, which is tough for me to do. I bought in, especially after the trade deadline when we brought Naylor and Suarez in. I wanted another top reliever, Fergie wasn't enough for me, but I hoped guys like Speier, Bazardo, etc.., would step up.
