Man, as silly as them shits look, one of my lady friend's cousins played college and semi pro football as well as boxing and CTE is really real. I absolutely understand any player choosing to look like a total gottdamn doof in order to be able to function normally and enjoy their amassed wealth after they hang their cleats up.

But, yes, those helmets look plumb stupid.

I"m sure there will be injury comparisons coming out...silly looking but.. who knows maybe they can help protect.. that a problem? Best solution is probably no helmets at all.
