Any of the players mentioned would be great...Tez would be my first choice. KE, Earl and Sherm prime would be great, Kam absolutely. Jones and Hutch no brainers...

Just to throw out another name for conversations sake...I'd love to see what Russ could do with a true break away speed WR...Galloway.

Largent's best year was 1979, which is really close to the run/pass ratio this year. Dude put up big numbers in every one of those years listed, regardless of the ratios. This team passes enough to take advantage of a Steve Largent, especially when you consider he got those numbers in an area when DBs could comparatively mug receivers and absolutely flatten them with hits. The level of athleticism displayed may be different now, but if Steve Largent played by the rules we have today he could put up Calvin Johnson numbers during his 2011-2013 insanity.

Hard to pick one for this team, Walt is the best, Kerney might be the biggest need, but Tez might make the biggest impact.

Steve Largent circa 1984 or 1985 would be fun for sure. No doubt seeing Wilson to Largent would be a blast.

Still ... if you're looking at what this current team's deficits and what we actually need ... I agree 100% it's Cortez Kennedy 1992. Not even a question in my mind.

For this team with four games left heading into the playoffs it has to be the 1992 defensive player of the league. Putting Cortez Kennedy in front of Wagz & this group of LBers would shore up a drive yielding defense currently holding it together with Dickson's foot. Tez was a pocket collapsing wrecking ball who would bolster both our pass & run D, allowing our LBers to play forward & throwing gas on the fire for Clark. There is a reason so many are pulling for Poona Ford to break out at this time. It is hard not to choose Walter Jones, just the thought of moving D. Brown to RT & having a healthy Fluker with this run game is a 200 mg. viagra, pot pipe dream. KE45 with taped-up forearms in all his majesty would be quickly ejected and eventually suspended by Goodell inforcing todays rules upon The Inforcer. Sadly passing away at 48, I call for a 92' encore defensive MVP performance to give us a shot at a superbowl in 2018.

Cortez Kennedy massively upgrades the run defense, and pass rush. He literally makes the other 10 guys on the defense better players. Due to the impact he made at the LoS.

I'm leaning towards the Julian Peterson camp. Dude is 6'4 240 and ran 4.5. He lined up at SAM and Will, strong safety, and defensive end in his career. Averaging 80 tackles, 5 sacks, 2.1 forced fumbles and just under 1 INT per season.

He's not Tez, Easley or Jones but I think his style is a good fit in the modern NFL and we're not exactly hurting at DT, Safety or LT.

Giacomini fit nicely into our a system for a short time, but we have to have at least 10 offensive tackles in our history that should get consideration over him, even guys like Chris Terry and House Ballard.
