I know nothing about him, but Iowa has a history of good NFL lineman. I hear their center is best but he doesn’t come out until next year.

Never heard of him. I was actually surprised they added a couple guys late. We are like 3 deep in competition for IOL and the swing tackle position.

I think I heard on one of the YouTube podcasts that the O-line coach threatened to quit if we didn’t take this guy? If true he must be pretty good?

Richman is the only Seahawk draftee I've heard nothing about since April. Wonder why that is. Or maybe I've just totally not noticed him.

I think I heard Mike say they are trying him at center.

I haven’t seen a lot of him specifically but I’ve noticed him on the field some. He’s number 78. He should get some time this week against the Packers if you want to watch for him. He’s looking like a depth player now. Personally I don’t think he breaks into the starting unit this year if we stay healthy.

Mason Richman played left tackle for 17 snaps in the Chiefs game. Although he was projected by most to be a guard when he was drafted, he played tackle in college, so not that surprising. (He was projected to be a guard due to his 32 inch arms.) Schneider said at the time of the draft that they intended to try Richman at tackle:

Cool story. Hope he pans out and pushes Charles Cross
