Orlando, FL...for good.
The Broncos have played two horrible teams and one average team, and we've only played one horrible team. These are supposed to be TEAM rankings, not offensive rankings; and our defense is giving up 9 points per game, and Denver's is giving up a whopping 23.7 points per game, largely to scrubs.

Any reasonable person look at the team ranked 1st in defense and 4th in offense (both based on points per game) as being better than the team ranked 1st in offense and 17th in defense.

We should be #1.

Best part of that first one.

"12. 49ers (1-2; No. 4): The 49ers are saying farewell to Candlestick Park by playing like the teams that used to play there. Before 1981."

In the PFT comments, a Broncos fan said Seattle has a cupcake schedule.

I almost ruined my keyboard by spitting my drink out laughing.

The Broncos plays twice Oakland and San Diego (Fox ranks them #31 and #19) only the Chargers are a threat at # 7. That seems to give them a pretty soft schedule almost automatically

Like this comment on espn power rankings:

"Four Broncos have at least 190 receiving yards through three games. The Packers are the only other team with even three of those receivers. How do you stop that?"

Answer: THE LEGION OF BOOM!
And also this comment:

Hey Big Ben.... Knock Knock

Whose there?

Owen

Owen Who?

Owen 3

Haha

CBS is a little more accurate (but still has us #2) :)

Accurate? they have KC at #5 and Miami at #6 and they have tennessee ahead of the falcons?

I could be wrong i'm not sold on KC or Miami, yes KC is improved but a top 5 team? hell no... and tennessee is not better than the falcons in any fantasy world...

More accurate is a relative term... the PFT one had a few "but they're the xxxxxxx - so they must be top 10" and "they're the xxxxx - traditionally bad, so they must not be relevant" rankings.

I don't care that the Broncos are #1 in their rankings. Until they lose, they should be, but there's no way they would beat us. Like you said, Denver hasn't beaten a good team. Still IMO they still should get the top spot.

The Hawks would limit Denver to <20 points, while the Hawks would dominate their defense.

Sounds to me like you meant to say the Hawks should be #1

Not sure why Baltimore doesn't count as a good team.

Could be because of the curb stomping they took in week #1? Denver has an elite offense don't get me wrong, but good defenses would not get dominated like that.

Their secondary is not good, good passing teams like denver, ATL, GB etc, would give them fits....
