I think the Panthers have the better front seven in my book so i think the seahawks should be prepared for the Texans. we did have Okung and Breno for that game those guys are probably gone for this one though so its a different ball game.

Panthers, but every Sunday is different and so is emotions and all of that. So if you follow Petes Mantra, ever game is a championship game, so if you prepare accordingly and play hard, you will win. I think Texans have something to prove, the are going to play hard. They seemed to have an excellent practice. How much playing Jacksonville impacted the Seahawks in a good or bad way will be known Sunday. I think it helped the offense and T jack. Did it help the defense I don't know.

Texans. The biggest reason is J.J Watt is the most disruptive defensive lineman in the NFL. Even if he doesn't get into the backfield he can make an impact on passing lanes. Russell said you can't stop a great player like him but they will do their best to limit him as much as possible. There's only one defense doing better than the Texans this year, and that's the Seahawks D.

Panthers no question. One man doesn't make a line, statistically the Texans are up there in top 5 overall, but the Panthers have more young talent thats learning, see Giants game.

Agree.

The goal will be to limit the number of times we see the celebratory salute Watt does.

Texans. One man may not make the line but can have a significant impact on the performance of the line. Watt is that kind of player. Plus, Antonio Smith isn't too shabby either.

I'd say Panthers no question about it.

Texans have the star power. But we're talking 7 players, not one.

Kuechly is far better than Cushing IMO. Kuechly probably is starting a 9 year All pro run this year injuries willing.

JJ Watt is the best player on both defenses, but the Panthers have a better front 7 overall. It's not even close IMO. Texans defense is overrated, and we'll all be witness to it this Sunday.

hopefully the Texan's front 7 is not quite as good as the Panthers, but it is still plenty good enough to make it tough to move the ball consistently,....I'm hoping our D and STs make a few great plays, and helps us with good field position
