That should be a flag on Brooke for throwing the first swing, a personal foul that should result in an auto first. But of course the Whiners get the benefit yet again.

I wish we had a tight end in our passing gameplan.

Tight ends, Mike Rob in the passing gamr, screen passes. All non existent.

Thing is, we've seen MRob and Miller do awesome work when called upon. I don't want to knock Bevell too much, but let's get creative with all those pieces we have out there.

Goal line defense has Panthers miffed. An option play would probablyl pwn the Niners in that area.

I wonder when Carolina will realize that running into the heart of the defense on the goal line isn't a good idea.

Newton's definitely looking sharper than Kaep. Not sure I want them over the 9ers next week

Our secondary > Crisco secondary. This is SF 4th or 5th consecutive road game. They seem fatigued.

The 49ers are definitely the better matchup because their QB and secondary are garbage, but on the other hand, I'm never rooting for the 49ers to win unless a 49er win somehow clinches a playoff spot/the division/the #1 seed for us.

Yea I can't root for the 9ers either. It's just not in my DNA.

Our secondary is better than San Fran's, but their front 7 can stuff the run and force us to be pass-heavy. We failed to succeed at SF, but we can expect to have better success at home, especially with Harvin. At least I think we can? I'm having a tough time knowing what we'll see out of our passing offense after this last month.

I think our secondary can handle either passing attack we're seeing today, but to apply maximum pressure our run defense needs to hold up as well. Here's hoping that'll look better than it did yesterday.

shouldve tried to spread the 49ers defense out or use misdirection to try and get a jump on them, lining up and trying to smash the 49ers isnt going to work well for any team.

STOP TRYING TO RUN THE BALL INSIDE THE 5, Panthers.... geesh.
Running is fine, but they're running into the middle of the line where SF is stacking all the defenders. I'd like to see an option run once.
