- Opening really got my attention as Mike really tore Hall a new one there which was eye-opening. Really showed that while he can be a bit awkward at times, he is absolutely the BOSS here and he let Hall know it. Later on, as we saw, he and Hall made up. "It's gonna be okay", MM told him.
- Players not thrilled with the Wildfire smoke from Canada.
- OMG. If Mason Richmond didn't have his helmet on, Rylie Mills would've knocked his head off. LOL
- Then they did this weird contest in the film room involving holding sledgehammers which Rylie won 'cause Rylie ain't human. Pretty funny in the end there, plus he and Mason hugged because FOOTBALL.
- San Antonio Spurs head coach and Manager pay MM a visit and talk about stuff (ie Wemby)
- Wide Receiver Coach Frisman Jackson praises JSN and then later they have a funny moment as apparently JSN was "ragebaiting" Jackson in his office but it was all good.
- Next was perhaps....no not perhaps....it was my ALL-TIME FAVORITE part of Hard Knocks :
Sam F'n Darnold SPINNING IT.
That was NICE.
btw, did not know that "Spin Rate" was a stat and the avg was 570 while Sam had a ridiculous 639(!).
- Sam explaining how he had trained himself to spin the ball like that ever since he was little.
Feature on Sam's Spinning the ball ends with a deep-pass and then catch by Tory Horton..... <=== Foreshadowing?
- Loved the feature on Big Cat and his new bundle of joy (I shall call him "Little Cat") is so cute.
- Saw a replay of the fight (aka the Cheapshot by Hall on Richmond).
- I enjoy the dynamic between him, D-Law, and Big Cat.
- Saw the unusual thing they do called "Shadow Boxing" but it didn't look like actual shadow boxing.
- MM clarified that it was more like Rock, Paper, Scissors on Steroids and I agree with that. It looked kind of silly but the players enjoy it so who am I to criticize?
- Great to see Nick Emmanwori out of the boot/scooter/whatever and walking on his own power (we all saw on social media him walking normally; and now recently him being cleared for practice)
- Then came the most uncomfortable part of the episode : Terrion Arnold. I truly hope that if he does end up here, it's because he was found innocent 'cause as was mentioned by the narrator, there will be plenty of criticism if he's offered a contract.
- We see JS talking to MM mentioning that he asked Jalen (Milroe) about Terrion and of course Jalen is going to say he was great. Though JS said Terrion is just like Spoon though I'm not sure if he was saying it or if Jalen said that to him.
- Love the part with Justin Hinds (D-Line coach) with his 10-commandments style slideshow that had me rolling.
- Marshawn Lynch going around determining who deserves an upgrade in their Madden rating was funny. Vintage Beast-Mode, man.
- Meanwhile, practice went on and Same ol' Same ol' Sammy D to JSN working like usual.
- Montorie Foster Jr. (#87) had the catch of the Day here from Sam, though. Sam showed his appreciation for it.
- Pretty ominous ending with Terrion Arnold at the end there. We'll see how things shake out....
