So, Okung Out, Unger Out, and Breno questionable.

Looks like we have once again achieved rag-tag status......Sheeze.

Yup. Looks like the D will have to win this game for us to have a chance. I am scared to death for Russ. He will get killed out there. Lynch will not be able to move this weekend. This is horrible for a chance to get home field and possible SB run. I HATE injuries on the OLine more than any other position.

Do we know for sure that Unger is out? I did not see that anywhere on the internet.

I'm not buying anyones out till the injury report comes out. besides Okung of course. But that would suck to be without your 2 probowlers.

How many pass attempts over 15 yards you think we'll see in this game? Or sacks waiting for deep routes to develop...

Hawks picked up spitz to help Unger out if need be.

I simply can't believe that JS/PC don't have Pro Bowl caliber backups ready to go. It's pretty easy to find All-Pro quality Centers and OTs to have on standby. The NFL is full of amazing OL play...can't believe we've neglected it for so long. :sarcasm_off:

I'm sorry, but I absolutely hate OL threads. For some reason, we think the NFL is full of great OLs when really there are maybe a few teams who truly have great OL play (all of whom are an injury away from being average to below). The reality is, the better athletes are on the DL. This trend has been going on for years now.

Do you think we are a great team? If yes, then why panic? Great teams overcome adversity. Great teams adapt. If you are acting like the sky is falling, then I'd say your confidence in this team is not very high (or you are doing the standard Seattle chicken little routine). So stop it, dammit!

Have a little faith...if Bowie plays, I expect a good performance. Cable is one of the best in the business for a reason. Let him work his magic.

In times like these, some of you need to heed the advice of Marshawn Lynch, "stop freakin, call Beacon."

I just think back to the end of the 2011 season, and it makes me feel better.

Please post the source where it says Unger is out. He was held out of practice yesterday, which is completely different.

Where did you hear he is confirmed out?

I HATE it when people imply that I have no faith. I have faith in the defense, Russ, STs, Caroll, etc but if people are concerned about the OLine, who are you to tell them they can't feel that way?
I have major concerns about our OLine, mostly because it could impact the health of our young QBOTF. If our receivers could get open immediately, then it wouldn't concern me as much but they can't so I am very concerned. I have to only hope for some luck to get a win because we are gonna need it right now. I am praying for Russell and don't have as much faith in Cable as many here do. Sue me.

What is the story with Unger? I haven't heard anything regarding even a possible injury, only that we picked up Spitz. Anyone have more specifics?

He injured his arm in the Jags game and was held out of practice yesterday (as were many people) that in and of itself isn't enough to rule a person out of a game. Carroll described it as a "Sore Arm". Nothing else has been reported in this regard. Any discussion of him being out for Sunday is 100% speculation until a source confirming his status is posted. It's not the first time a player has been held out of practice and then been game ready (For instance, Sweezy last week).

Oh come on. It's much more fun to :240039: than to actually worry about boring facts and stuff.

I never thought that, at 3-0, there'd be so many fans running around like their hair's on fire over the least little hint of a negative posting in an internet forum or a blog, or even a news article. I'm not sure there's even that much support for the whole "OMG! Unger's out! We're going to fail!" meme.

As Seahawks fans, we've not yet learned to handle success very well.

I reiterate: In 2011, we faced a far worse situation on the OL and basically aced the end of the season and won one of the most dramatic playoff games in NFL history.
