They called it on #78, in the middle of the pocket, as DL was trying to chase Milroe 10 yards away, no chance to touch him. It was a hold, 78 grabbed the jersey of GB DL. Mental error by #78. Kind of an automatic call when the ref sees DL break loose to give chase and OL still hanging onto his jersey.
