Losing to the Giants in the NFCC on the Kyle Williams fumble for me. We should have won that game on a fumble recovery earlier that was called back to a BS forward progress call and we would've beaten the Patriots that year. I'm not as confident we'd have beaten the Broncos without Bowman and John seems to always beats his brother. Ravens are just not a good matchup for us for whatever reason.

That's because they reserve the right to disregard and/or disrespect the guys that created all of that history that they fall back on while skirting conversations based in reality (and this century).

Niners not going to playoffs was essentially a given after loss to the Raiders.

Seriously question the degree to which the OP is sincerely curious versus just trolling 9ers fan here (even putting any regular season game in the poll is LOL), but my response below.

They all really suck in that they all came down to a single play, but in order of sucking:

1) Super Bowl, because it was the Super Bowl.

2) Giants, because the 9ers literally fumbled the game away on an unforced error.

3) Seahawks, sucks because getting within a play of the Super Bowl has to suck, but I thought the Hawks were a better team than the 9ers last year (which I don't think is true of the Ravens the year before, or the Giants the year before that, both of whom went on to win the Super Bowl).

Yeah I am puzzled by this poll too. The only two choices honestly should have been the Super Bowl or NFC Championship. But even if the Niners do complete that TD to Crabtree.. no assurance they beat Denver, whereas they had 4 cracks at winning the Super Bowl against the Ravens.. that'd be a bigger gut punch for me.
