Simms can ball, will do anything, and will do a commendable job at it.

No player is capable of balling and no signing will be a positive until JS cuts every current O-Lineman and poaches the best and/or highest salaried O-Lineman from ever other team to create the greatest O-line of the past, current, and future NFL.

We've had issues in the return game, so getting a vet instead of relying on a rookie returner makes sense. Unlike a lot of returners he seems to at least be functional as a receiver so it's a good use of a roster spot.
