What changes to the current situation would you like the owners to change. Big or little.
Some things already discussed:
  • Turf to grass - Sounds likely not to happen for several reasons.
  • I read somewhere where they were going to expand the practice facility with a large new addition. Unsure if will be done with new ownership?
  • I don’t think a new stadium will be in the plans anytime soon. Doesn’t make any sense.

My personal change that I would like is for press conferences to have better audio for the questions and less background noise overall. Current set up sucks.

What say you?

They need to reduce ticket prices. Get the hardcore fans back into the stadium.
Also, provide incentives for season ticket holders when they do show up to the game so they’re less likely to sell to visiting fans. Free swag, reduced parking, reduced concessions, etc.

Yeah...like they're going to do all that. I'm with you on this. (if that's what this response meant)

Also, "Free Swag"? I never knew you had to buy it. 🤭
I don’t understand this response.

“free swag” as in giving the season ticket holder something for free which they did not previously own.

Idk, I thought my response to the OP seemed like a good idea, but as usual with this board, it gets dismissed with condescension. How unfortunate

The salary. Cap keeps going up. Players get paid more. There is no way ever. Prices will drop Turning a profit is key for a business. Look at the packers. Spent more than they made last year

The following is exactly what needs changed by new ownership, in order:
  1. Go back to the original uniforms with the Hawk on the sleeve.
That's it. Nothing else needs changing. Just do EXACTLY what Paul and Jody did and everything will be fine.

The end.
I agree except KEEP the angry hawk not Toucan Sam. I know the totem pole history but I ALWAYS hated the whimpy looking bird. Mean hawk is so much better. The old colors are the best.

Yeah, I hated that logo, too. If you want to do something to honor Native American history, then erect a totem pole with an interpretative plaque somewhere in the stadium. But let's keep the stoned seagull off our uniforms. It's worse than Tampa Bay's gay pirate.

That got you riled? I've seen ripe peaches that are harder to bruise.
Steve isn’t riled up, merely spitting facts.

Our ticket prices are outrageous. It’s cheaper to go to most any other visiting team’s stadium.
Lower the ticket prices so the season ticket holders stop selling them. Incentivize them to show up.
The season ticket holders who use the tickets as a supplemental source of income ruin it for everyone else. Reward those who use their tickets to go to the games.

Bring training camp back to EWU and less clothing for the Seagals.
Steve liked going to training camp over here on the east side. He always gave coach Holmgren a chuckle when walking out to the practice field.

Training camp at EWU gave SeahawkSteve something to look forward to. Now, it’s nowhere near the same experience.

1 -Make the Seagals Seagals again

2 - Expand seating capacity at Lumen

3 - Upgrade VMAC

4 - Increase focus and resources on player health, safety, and conditioning like Broncos did under their new ownership

5 - Bring Scot McCloughan back.
