Myers moved before the ball was snapped

On watching the game this morning, one thing I noted was that Myers moved to go kick before the ball was snapped. Is this not a false-start? Could that have caused them to get a jump early to block the kick?

Just wondered as I don't know the rules regarding field goal attempts and not bashing Myers who I think is a decent kicker overrall.

Would this be covered by one man in motion. The Kicker is eligible, the same as some offensive players.

Man in motion cannot be moving toward the line of scrimmage.

Yes, I noticed he moved early as well and immediately thought he’s going to miss the kick, but never got the chance to see whether or not it was going to go in.
