If a game against the Cardinals is something you circle the calendar for as an interesting game, then your team probably isn't very good.

I don't know how to refute biased opinion after biased opinion...

#1. Best front 7? Nawwww. You tied for most sacks on the season last year, but were #15 as far as rush yards/game - another important statistic to compare a front 7. Denver had you beat, unfortunately. If you don't put all your "eggs" into the "sack basket," then by no other statistic were you the best in football. Get real.

#2. Pure speculation, nothing to talk about.

#3. Tavon Austin had a killer game in 2011 when WVU played LSU. Unfortunately, I don't have enough time to see how many times Honey Badger covered your little rook, but LSU won that game in a landslide, so it shows how important that individual stat line really is. Good job, another easy one.

#4. Pure speculation about a mediocre TE... dude put up just over 500 yards and 4 TD's last year... yawn.

#5. Yup, those dudes play for you.

#6. Pure speculation other than throwing out a couple stats that your backup did better than your starter in. I'm sure the coaching staff just had their heads up SJ39's butt and that's why Richardson didn't start, right? There is nothing promising better production from your RB's this year compared to years past with a hall of famer playing for you.

#7. Again, more generalizing and speculation. You're right, NFL fans don't get why you'd care about the Rams. They haven't done squat since the days of GSOT. If you actually enjoy football, why would one watch the lowly Rams and Cards? I'm sorry, but I didn't see them getting into the playoffs last year.

There you go, done and done.

#1 - No, they also led the league in most yardage lost by the opposing offense. Thus the best PASS RUSH. This is without Ogletree who had an interception on P Manning and a fumble stripped and a TD in preseason. Lot's of analysts believe they are the best front 7 in football, not just me.

#2 - Yes, this is all speculation. It's a revamped offense.

#3 - TA burned Mathieu every time he covered him. TA is the real deal. LSU won despite TA's success against Mathieu. Not TA's fault, LSU is awesome.

#4 - Yes, more speculation. Speculation based on the facts that he's very fast, large and very physical, has great hands, and was never used like the Rams are going to use him. If you can't speculate as to a players skill and possibilities, why discuss football? He's amazing.

#5 - And they are all good.

#6 - Richardson outperformed SJ39. That's just the facts. Is Richardson a good RB? Yep. Are his backups? Yep.

#7 - Even several football analysts are now predicting the Rams to win the NFCW. It's real whether you agree or not.

2013 Rams; see 2011 Seahawks.

Cards win.

For the record, the Seahawks did whatever, whenever, however they wanted to on the ground against that "vaunted" Rams foursome, in game one. And, game one is the only game where the Seahawks played with a gameplan. So, while other Seahawks fans may buy into the BS that the Rams DL is "all that" I'm here saying the emperor has no clothes. Review the tape of their first meeting...the Hawks did what they wanted, period.

Now, go home and get your shinebox. See in 2014...

The game where the Rams sacked the Hawks 9 times and won? That one?

It's interesting because the Rams are letting their new O off the leash. You'll get tired of the highlights.

Yup, that one Ramsfanz.

Did you not read my post? The Seahawks manhandled your DL on the ground. Great, the Rams can rush the passer, but the Hawks can run the ball. Go just off memory, they averaged probably around 6ypc.

Got links?

"1. The St. Louis Rams will be better than the Seattle Seahawks: Oh, baby. We’re coming out swinging. The entire offseason, all we heard about was the 49ers and the Seahawks; Seahawks and the 49ers. Seemingly not a word was said about what the Rams did to their roster. Jared Cook, Jake Long, Tavon Austin, Alec Ogletree. St. Louis led the league in sacks a season ago and the defense only got better. I went back and watched Colin Kaepernick’s two games against the Rams last season. A tie in San Francisco and a brutally ugly performance in St. Louis. 0-1-1. Steven Jackson’s gone, but I think the Rams’ offense got much better with Cook and Austin added to the mix. I also think Sam Bradford is destined for a breakout year. Another guy to watch? Ray Ray Armstrong. Who? You’ll soon find out. Rams. NFC West contenders. Book it."

So the Rams added Ogletree in the first round. He might be OK. He picked off Manning, stripped the ball from the RB, and took it in for a TD.

They also added strong run stopping safeties.

I'm pretty sure everyone they added to the D in the offseason were to stop the run. It's going to be interesting.

With the O the Rams are bringing this season, I wouldn't count on running much in the 2nd half.

Serby! The crazy NY Post writer going for humor. He picked the Rams to show how good the Giants really are. BTW, I totally expect a Rams v Pats SB in the next few years. Just not this year.

The Rams are playing a game? I hadn't even paid attention.

To be honest, I could not have told you who they were playing before this thread.

You've bought the media hype hook, line, and sinker?

Dude, the Rams might sweep the NFCW this season. Prepare yourself.

The exception I would make is if Harvin returns game 7 like he's hoping, then all bets are off. I would hope for a split for the Rams / Hawks.

"NFC West contenders. Book it."

While you are correct, he has them contending for it. There are many more. They are almost all recent. People who are paying attention are waking up.

I dig what the Rams are doing and I see them as a threat to every team on their schedule.

But you, sir, are a blowhard.

This.

I expect a lot this year...have not been this excited for my team in years. But, I don't get this. He can hate me all he wants, I don't think spouting off like a Jack-a about your team on an opponent's board is anything but a weak, immature idiot.

So youre just going to ignore the fact that down at the bottom of the article, where he actually predicts each division, he has the rams 2nd?

You say there are "several" predicting the Rams to win the division. I ask for a link. And you provide a link which predicts them to finish 2nd. Brilliant.

I'm here to talk football and I'm a Rams fan. I'm making predictions. Do the Hawks rock? Yes. Are they a media darling? Yes. Did the Rams almost sweep them last season? Yes. Are the Rams for real this season? Yes!

I don't choose to bandwagon when my decades of football watching and FF tell me the Rams are way underrated. I'm calling it like it is and guess what? Despite all the name calling, NO ONE is disputing what I am saying factually.

I'm NOT posting in the Seahawks section so if they don't want to read my posts, they don't have to. It's just in good fun.

I thought I already tucked you in and gave you a glass of milk as well. What the hell are you doing up again, talking this nonsense about these rediculous Rams. The voices in your head are talking to loud son, you are becoming embarrassing. You better go slow clap one out, you'll feel better.
