I'm wondering the same thing myself. Pete wouldn't say whether Prosise would be able to come back when asked on his show Monday morning, so I'd lean towards him going on IR before Lacy.

Super frustrated with Prosise, but excited to see what Davis can do. He certainly looks the part in pre-season.......................the good news is it can't get any worse, so even if he has 50 yards with no fumbles we're all going to be excited.

I'm a huge Prosise fan and its a bummer he couldn't stay healthy because I think he's a perfect fit in the new offense. I'm excited to see what Davis can do and hopefully they give him a chance, as like others have said, he looked good in the preseason. I vaguely remember him being a one cut and go type of back like Carson so maybe he's actually a better fit than what we have been going with.
