if true there's always 2 sides to it but me3 has always been about the money
just more fuel for the fire if true , but DK definitely wanted generational money so who knows how much what anyone talking to him would sway him
Probably would've just taken a slight breeze

Glad we didn't pay that much

I wouldn't be surprised if this story is true

If the story is true:

Wilson did help DK to get that $150m contract, and DK should be grateful. OR

If Wilson's motivation was to add chips on his opportunity to be re-signed by the Steelers, it hasn't work, so far.

Wilson wasn't and isn't friendly with Schneider, so no love loss there. I bet my two cocktails on Hawks front office created the news to make themselves look better or look like a victim of some big black wolf. Yes, I bet my $ on this one.

Russ has consistently shown, even when still a Seahawk, that he is prone to be a media conniver.
Pay me your $! :)

Sounds like, Russ and DK are still friends... Russ telling DK he should get paid. Not seeing any more than that here.

RW was always perceived to be an inauthentic person in the locker room by a majority of players. It was that way in Seattle, then Denver, then Pittsburgh.

I think DK wanting out had more to do with Geno wanting to get back with Pete, after the Seahawks offered Geno his contract which he declined and didn’t have a counter offer it was shortly after that DK was asking to be traded all out of the blue

My guess Geno communicated to DK I am going to force a trade to the Raiders you might want to think about your future

This!! And players always talk to each other about contracts, they use the word respect instead, but it's the same thing. Quite DK and Wilson talked about respect but Lockett and Geno's departure triggered his request for trade.

I don’t think Russ needs to influence anyone to want more money.

I’ve never met Russ in my life and I don’t need to know Russ personally to know that more money is better for me.

Let them do as they please.

Steelers aren’t winning the Super Bowl this season!!
