Wont matter. He has no priors and would get a warning and another test would come after he's done for the year so he should clear at least a few weeks play,

I heard that the NFL was going to fine Marshawn Lynch if he wasn't signed with a NFL team before Christmas. Theres a video out all ready of Marshaw saying "I'm here so I won't get fined" and he repetes himself multiple times.
