I haven't seen much of the M's this year, but guys in the pen, particularly closer's are usually very volatile. Just see Edwin Diaz.Munoz struggles again. This time in a very low leverage situation against the bottom of the order. I guess the excuse this time is the heat. So apparently a guy from Mexico that plays a game that's played outdoors in the summer time struggles with heat. Dude was out there for like 10 minutes. Meanwhile, 37 year old white guy Miles Mikolas was out there for 7 innings. Lol.
Honestly, I think Munoz has just lost it. He's statistically one of the worst pitchers on the team at this point, if not the worst.

Mike Schooler. Bobby Ayala. Tom Wilhemsen. Norm Charlton. Closers suddenly falling apart out of nowhere for the M's is nothing new.Yep. I'm aware this type of drop off isn't all that unusual for relievers. It just sucks to see it with Munoz because he's been so good the past 4 years, and especially the last 2.
…and we tend to stick with them (above) for far too long, except for DiazMike Schooler. Bobby Ayala. Tom Wilhemsen. Norm Charlton. Closers suddenly falling apart out of nowhere for the M's is nothing new.
So, F this team......for now. Then "I love these guys" next week?Shat on.
