Great hire. They worked together in Baltimore and it gives Macdonald an experienced guy to lean on while taking this on. Seattle is killing it so far.

Seems like an Advisor Role, good, Frazier has always been looked upon as a good coach and better person from what I recall, gives Mickey D a down to earth ear to bounce ideas and evaluations off of.

Agreed, looks like a Consigliere role as opposed to DC.

MM implied he’d eventually turn over play calling so he‘ll need to develop a young defensive protege.
