And by the way, that would be very much a penalty hold on the defender. You can’t run into a guy grab him and throw him down unless he has the ball.

There's no shame in that, Simmons is a beast. Simmons for sure chucked him aside.

Me thinks you could make a video of just about every lineman in the NFL getting beat in practice. It happens. They go against some of the best defensive players in the league.
