From Deadspin what happened is that someone accidentally inserted last year's footage roll into the broadcast instead of this year's.

So basically they aired their Seahawks' schedule predictions for 2016 as it was recorded last off-season instead of the new one from this season.

Makes a lot more sense as I can't really see a scenario in which the whole script was written and everyone went through it without anyone noticing.
