I've never heard anyone mention it but the Jags gave Denver a pretty good game. Now that isn't all that meaningful but I'm assuming that scheme-wise, the Jags are the closest thing to the Seahawks but obviously were nowhere near as talented.

It's not a big deal but I do take some comfort in knowing that Peyton didn't exactly have a field day against them. He was 28 for 42 with a pick. The score was 35-19, but the Jaguars were in that game for 3 quarters.

Anyway, just thought I'd mention it.

That is an excellent observation. It is one of the games I focused on because of the scheme, and yes, it gave the Broncos trouble.

Very good point - expecially about the game getting lopsided in the end. Same when Denver played Houston, 4th quarter they seemed to figure out what they needed to do and they got a ton of points. It serves as a warning that the defense will want to change it's look during in the game, and for God's sake Seahawks offence - if the score is close we need long drives in the 4th quarter. Bombing three and out in the 4th quarter of this game would be very bad - we MUST punish and dominate Denver's defense late in the game.
