Is any QB immune from struggling in crappy weather?

Stafford isn't, but if all other QBs also struggle, then isn't the playing field level in that regard? Or does Stafford struggle more than most in crappy weather? I don't know, but still, I like the below statistics...

I don't think any QB is immune to adverce weather effects. But some seem to mitigate the damage better than others. If throwing wet balls guys with larger hands have an advantage. Cold is just cold. You can't really do anything about that.

Tarkenton, Kelly, Kilmer, Kramer, Elway, Simms, were a few, I think Allen would be my pick right now for least affected.

Northern, outdoor QBs have an advantage of sorts, because they practice and play in it more often.

Before week 18 this year, the team did some of their practice time outside in the rain, because they knew that was what they would be facing in Santa Clara. This week it looks like dry weather at game time is predicted, so they don't need to do that necessarily.
