We won by a single touchdown after Fitzgerald played horribly throwing for 171 yards, 2 INTs and 48 passer rating with a couple of Dave Kreig'esque phantom fumbles. Now I know the defense had a lot to do with that, but Fitz was still terrible. I have to believe that Locker would have played better.

Something is still off about this team and tried everything they could do to lose the game through horribly timed fumbles (Lynch, Rice, Coleman), boneheaded penalties and ridiculous special teams play (someone should bitch slap Maragos). I'm not convinced they beat the Titans with a healthy Locker.

Everything changes if Locker plays INCLUDING the fluky mistakes. We don't fumble the FG attempt. Look at the total yardage. We dominated them.

If Okung, Miller, Wagner plays...would it have even been close.

I would argue that losing your starting QB is more important than the above injuries. We are spoiled in that we have TJ, but a normal team like the Titans takes a massive step back.

Locker would have looked slightly better than Fitz. He's still pretty average in my book

What would Locker have done different?? He isn't known to be very accurate passer either. IMO, Fitzgerald didnt do that bad. What do you expect when you get 20 yards from ur running game?

Locker wouldn't have thrown two picks most likely

Can't just simply look at this game and simply substitute Locker in after the outcome. With Locker it would have totally been a different game plan with a complete different set of events. And who's to say that those events don't play in our favor. We could have lost it with Locker but we also could have won 31 - 3.

If Locker played, it's possible Seahawks would have taken the game more seriously, played a bit smarter, and won more definitively.

For all the "lets go 1-0 each week" stuff, it's still natural to play down to the competition a little. See Broncos v. Jaguars.

Yeppers. We are an elite team in this league, we are finding ways to win while working out our kinks. I'm sure Locker is very popular on here due to being a uw alum and all that but he hasn't been anything but average in the NFL, he's shown little evidence of being the sorta player who can single-handedly win games for his team so far, can't believe he woulda changed the result by himself.

The Titans are a little better than garbage, and Locker is a garbage QB. Yes, we would win.

If locker plays it's a different game.

Which we also win.

It's sad that if your team doesn't win by 14+ points, you consider it a bad game. This fan base has gotten so delusional the past year and a half.

When did some people forget that winning an NFL game is not easy? Especially against good defenses like Carolina and Tennessee.
