Did he give up any sacks last year?

2 sacks, 7 false starts, 2 holds according to Stats Inc.

I know he gave up a sack in the second Rams game, then again who didn't?

A few bumps in the road intially, but he seems to be settling in just fine thank you very much. Now if we could only get Carp on the same path...

Does anyone have an injury update on Carpenter? I saw him out at breakfast last weekend, and the dude is huge. He is built like a wall.

I'm very excited to see James play this year. According to PC he's arguably the strongest guy on the team, and he didn't come in here with that kind of strength. From what PC said, he was underdeveloped in that regard and that he's had a breakthrough offseason in the weight room.

Lets hope that added strength applies to his knee. I shutter to think if last year he was mowing people over, what it will be like now that he's alot stronger. I think to myself if all goes well we could have the most dominating left side in the NFL.
