Tossing and turning all night long. So, I finally just bit the pillow and got up. Screw my bitches if their sleep sleeping and my muttering and pacing wakes them.

Going into last Sunday, I was way confident. Even down 14-0, I kept telling the noob Hawks fans "no sweat, they got this". For the first time ever, I actually believed that.

Today, I have NO bead on. I have no feel for the Falcons. Other than their simularities to our 2005 team (very rough abstract comparisons).

But - bigger, faster, stronger travels. Bigger, faster, stronger cant be gameplanned against. Bigger, faster, stronger cant be taught. BIgger, faster, stronger just is.

I'm in the same boat, Pe. Tossed and turned all night and got up at 3:00am and started drinking coffee. Couldn't sleep at all. Not because I'm simply excited for game time, but because I'm struggling with who the opponent really is.

I've been watching every NFL show for the last several hours, and have heard every comment. I'm now watching ESPN Countdown and I still don't really know what to expect from the Falcons. All I know for sure is they haven't won a playoff game in a long time.

If it's me in there, I'm thinking just play my game, block my man, fill my lane, make my catches and tackles, and lock myself into a zone. I'm not caring who the receiver I'm covering is or the stats he's racked-up, I'm just going to jam him at the line and cover him like a blanket. If I'm a Seahawk, I'm looking past the red and white jerseys and just focussing on the ball, and the opposing end zone.

The Atlanta who's?

I want to see how Atlanta will handle a sturdy punch to the gut. Its surreal that MY team is plain tougher.

Same here, been up since 4:30 showered, dressed, drank one pot of coffee, and brewing the second.

I’m pretty sure all my clocks have stopped or are running REALLY slow…

This is why I think the 10:00AM start time means nothing in the playoffs. If we can't sleep, how do you think the players are feeling? They are probably glad to get up early and get out there.

Ok damn it, I’m down 1 ½ pots of coffee, smoked an entire cigar, vacuumed the living room, cleaned the kitchen, cooked breakfast, fed the wife and the bird, cleaned the kitchen again, rotated the beer to the kitchen frig, if it wasn’t freezing out I’d mow the lawn, and it’s still not 10…

This game can’t start soon ENOUGH…
