Other than the one bad snap? I didn't focus much on him individually.

I didn't notice anything protection wise but I can't always see that stuff in real time, so tentatively I'm going to say good on that front?

His snaps were actually kind of coming in all over the place, though. The high one that Geno fumbled stood out, but his next snap came in real low and he had a few other ones that were coming in weird spots. I think it was serviceable overall and should get better with more playing time.

I noticed pressure coming from the interior several times today but without more information it’s hard to tell who was at fault or if it was just good play by the defense.

No real drop off. Like Connor he too can send it back all hot and sweaty.

He did great for only his 2nd game starting. Not only that against an elite defense on the road.
I think this is key here, dude got trial by fire and imo held his own especially when he went from being the backup to now starting pretty quickly. I think he’ll settle in and do good. I’m not surprised SF attack our weakness which imo is the interior oline

When we first signed Conner I thought it was a waste because I felt Olu could do the same kind of job. It's only one game but from what I seen he looks strong in the middle. Let's hope he can keep up some good play in the middle. There will be growing pains I'm sure but I think he can be decent.

Olu's worst snap today did not go over Geno's head. That's a plus. He also snapped one low but Geno snagged that one too. Other than those two he seemed to do a serviceable job and was a somewhat reliable anchor in the middle of the line. I am confident he will improve steadily with repetition and experience.

I’ll chalk the errant snap up to nerves. Otherwise he seemed fine.

He didn’t do good nor he don’t do bad. 49ers DL ar no where near the talent of Rams or other teams

The Niners are tied with the Dolphins for 17th best in the league in scoring defense. We can be encouraged by Olu's performance without exaggerating the hell out of his opponent.
Almost all there losses have been in division so If we can beat the cards next week and split the rams we have as good a chance as anyone to win our division and are probably better than we've shown now over the last several weeks
