He came from behind and stripped a ball from a defender, right about the 1 yard line, on what WAS a breakaway surefire TD. It's a play we expect, because we're spoiled. Baltimore would've expected it to, the last decade.

Instincts...crazy crazy instincts.

I like the kid. Apparently at LSU weed's frowned upon, but racking up assaults secures a starting spot.

If youre watching this game, does Carson Palmer look as good as his stats?

He looks like Carson Palmer, can throw it long and for and like a NFL player (unlike Skelton, Hoyer, whomever). That's all the Cardinals needed a MEDIOCRE NFL QB. They got one who can throw it.

Dude still threw for 4,000 with a HORRIBLE Raiders offensive team.

Jared Cook slowed down as he was nearing the goal line, allowing Madieu to catch him. Shoulda never happened.

Pay any attention to his play in preseason? Or, even at LSU? It's just what he does.

Dude just makes plays. He's got a Pac-Man vibe to him (Pac Man year one).

Honeybadger is the real deal. Look out for that boy. I have him on all my FF teams that have D.

This game SUCKED. I don't care if we won - it was painful and made me feel like a Rams fan used to losing. Not happy.

LOL, you saw huh?

I think his draft stock fell more due to people forgetting, than the weed issue. You cant teach instincts.

I watched it. It was a fun matchup to watch, for sure.

I wanted Tyrann in the 2nd as the Hawks slot and back up to Earl. They don't make many dudes actually qualified for that statement. But, Tyrann would be.

Overall, the game worked out as expected (but I picked the Cards). Tale of two Palmers and Fisher grinding out a "W", when he shouldn't have. Or, in other words, being a good coach.

Fisher looked pissed as hell all game.

Was one of the good points when they showed his face, as I was pissed too.

eta: Honeybadger pulling that TD pass out of the Rams' hands....even I have to admit that was golden.

I just wanted everyone to see this comment, again. Not only didn't Cook slow down, Tyrann dove vertical to pry the ball loose.

Now that Fitzgerald has a decent QB that can throw him the ball, the Cardinals might be a playoff quality team.

I could see the NFC-West being won (and a wildcard) going to any of the four with the way it looks right now. I think it's going to come down to the healthiest team or a few lucky bounces determining the winner.

Obviously the Seahawks and Niners are more complete teams, but they face tougher schedules, not counting inter-division matches.
